    Service department was great. I was terrible disappointed to see the sales and parts staff do not care enough about themselves and their customers when they are face to face less than six feet apart. THEY DO NOT WEAR MASKS. Renee and the service team always had masks when near customers.

    Loved working with Stephanie Bachman and Kip Lonnen on the purchase of my 2021 Tahoe. They were both knowledgeable, organized and actually made the car buying experience fun. The finance personnel had the paperwork prepared in advance so that time was well spent going over all the features of the vehicle. Will be referring them and their team at Hartway in the future!

    Not one person was wearing a mask, multiple people working in my truck and then took for a test drive abs they didn’t wear a mask, there are employees not distancing and nobody was wearing a mask. That’s ridiculous and wrong. How can a business let an employee year drive my car and not wear a mask? Literally not one person in the service department were wearing masks, so disappointing.
